In Tokyo people celebrates the Sakura, which is a moment of the year when the cherry trees bloom, they party, they eat typical Sakura cakes (in pink colour!), go to the parks to see them, etc. We went at the end of March, when they are starting to bloom.

Hola! / Hi there at Tokyo!
ResponderEliminarI accidentally came across your blog and thought for myself: Nearly nobody at Japan is able to speak any Spanish (Catalan or Castilian), arn't they?
I've never been to Japan, but I've been to South Korea before - and nobody was able to speak any German. It was even hard for me to find anybody you could communicate in English... ;-)
Enjoy your stay and keep on blogging!
Regards from Germany,
Uwe.
